With Support from partners and stakeholders, FEDCO will continue to assist farmers with;

Maximize productivity on lands already under cultivation

Enhance quality of produce through GAPs, GEPs, Good Social Practices and restoration of degradedbiodiversity

Adopt the `` Access and Address System`` of Rainforest Alliance and CLMRS of ICI to reduce child and forced labor, workplace violence, harassments, and gender related issues

Promote diversification of income through livelihoods

FEDCO has initiated the use of technology and digitalization in its supply chain processes

This is to increase efficiency and productivity, improved producer experience, improved communication, improved transparency between stakeholders (traceability of interventions implementation and produce), and faster decision making

We aim at having a 100% digitized sustainability programme by 2025

Enabling Environment

We aim at bridging the gap between stakeholders by organizing regular engagements between, our producers( farmer associations) and partner clients

These platforms seek too facilitate dialogues between partners and farmers on policy interventions aimed at mainstreaming sustainability and inclusion in the cocoa sector

As part of our contribution towards carbon reduction, we aim to reduce our overall carbon consumption by 60% in 2030
